What is the Website Maintenance Package?

It is designed to give you peace of mind once your site goes live, or even for an existing site. There are plenty of elements involved in the upkeep of a website, and most importantly, there are plenty of security considerations.

Ensuring your website system and software is up to date can be a time-consuming process, and even more so if you are not familiar with what needs to be done. Regular website backups and security monitoring is vital.

We have the ESSENTIALS package which will cover the – well, essentials! We also have the BETTER package, and then the PREMIUM. If you want the ‘burger with the lot’, there’s the ULTIMATE package. Each package offers a varied range of services. No contracts involved and you can cancel anytime.

We like to offer this ongoing support to ensure your website remains safe and operates well – and so you can get back to doing what you do best – running your business!.

Our Ongoing packages include our time for your website maintenance. Each package includes a set amount of time per month for any changes or updates. If your allocated time is not used during a month, it rolls over to the next month (maximum of 12 months rollovers).

Essentials

Select your Website Maintenance Package

I encourage all clients to engage in one of the Website Maintenance Packages – I recommend this to all clients so that their site is never sitting using an out-dated version of WordPress, Themes, or Plugins, hence best security protection and performance of the site, without any interruption to the site, and without you needing to worry about any of it.

Alternatively, you can opt for “by the hour” service ($110 per hour) where you nominate to have the updates done Quarterly / Half-Yearly / Yearly.
